Life Patisserie is a blog about the sweet things in life, which could be a little cupcake, a make-over of your living room or the cute cutlery that you bought at a garage sale.
The blog will be filled with all the things that inspires me and delicious food recipes. My food philosophy is to eat seasonal healthy food, but to allow yourself some treats in between.

My name is Lilja Björk and I come from Iceland but I’m living in Denmark with my husband and 2 children. I was born in Reykjavik, but grew up on a small island south of Iceland called Vestmannaeyjar.
I am a multimedia & graphic designer and have always had one foot in the kitchen, it is the place where I relax and love to make experiments. The books on my night stand are mostly something to do with food or design.

i am awful at math.
i am not a winter person but I love the spring and wish it could be spring all year long.
i am a Mission Impossible fan and can watch them again and again.
i am addicted to chocolate, I always have dark chocolate in the house.
i used to play World of Warcraft.
i miss Harry Potter.
i am very shy and I have a very little self-esteem, really don’t like to be the center of attention.
